The easiest 3 ingredient juice recipe for your immune system

As we head into colder months it's important to keep our immune systems strong. One of the many ways we have been boosting our immunity here at Unique CBD is this delicious juice recipe. This tasty yet nutritious recipe is packed full of ingredients that are anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

This juice is made using only 3 basic ingredients:

Pineapple - Full of nutrients, a powerful anti-inflammatory, and loaded with vitamin C and Magnesium. It is also rich in antioxidants, specifically flavonoids and phenolic acids.

Apples - Also full of nutrients, vitamins A, E, B1 & B2, magnesium and copper. They are also a great source of fibre and have been linked to a lower risk of heart disease.

Mint - Nutrient-rich, a good source of vitamin A, iron, magnesium, and a potent source of antioxidants. 


There is no wrong way to make this at home- but as a guideline, our recommended quantities for each ingredient are as follows:

1 large slice of pineapple 

1½ apples

Large handful of fresh mint
